MEP Design – 36,500 Sqft refurbishment

  • WGC recently undertook the MEP design under a traditional arrangement for the Client Hanro Property to create 36,500 sqft of high grade office space on the iconic Grey St.

Exposed MEP – Modern Contemporary Interior

  • WGC worked tirelessly with Ryder Architecture to provide the client with an exposed contemporary industrial finish to contrast the back drop of the 1800’s listed façade.

Constraints – Historic Listed Building

  • Due to the property being Grade II listed, WGC were required to provide intricate design solutions without causing detriment to the buildings listed exterior & interior.
