Peter Wilson
Director

Peter is a company Director with a particular expertise in commercial and industrial schemes. Alongside this Peter has a great deal of experience in consulting engineering across a broad range of sectors. He began in the industry serving an apprenticeship and went on to study and graduate with a degree in building services.

While Peter’s focus is mainly on large commercial, retail and industrial schemes, he also has a keen interest in LZC technologies and sustainable design and looks to implement energy and carbon saving solutions to the schemes developed with our partners in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Adrian Gray
Director

Adrian is a company Director with over 30 years’ experience in Consulting Engineering. Throughout his career he has worked on all different types of procurement on various sectors in both the public and private sector. Adrian has been a company Director since 2007 and has been instrumental in the expansion of his previous and current practice where he was responsible for the delivery of significant Healthcare Projects in the North of England as well as award winning Commercial schemes and Education and Retail Frameworks across the UK. Adrian is currently responsible for ensuring the quality of the MEP design & BIM packages on the £300 million Chelsea Barracks Project & £120 million Battersea PowerStation Regeneration is successfully delivered.

Lewis Clark
Associate Director

Lewis is an experienced and highly driven construction professional with a BEng Honours degree attained from Northumbria University. With vast experience working in both MEP Consultancy and Contractor capacities, Lewis has developed a strong, well rounded knowledge base from both a technical and practical perspective. Combined with his strong commercial awareness in construction contracts and procurement, Lewis considers himself an aspiring future leader in Major Construction projects within the UK and is currently heading up a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Physics Engineers delivering the MEP design and BIM packages on the £300million Chelsea Barracks Project and £120million Battersea PowerStation Regeneration.

David Brown
Associate Director

David is an experienced Electrical Engineer and offers excellent experience across a variety of sectors, for both public and private sector clients, and retains a hands on involvement on his projects from project inception to completion. David takes a proactive approach to learning and keeping himself at the forefront of innovative thinking and best practice, alongside legislation and regulatory requirements. Following progression to Senior Engineer in 2016, David has progressed earlier this year to the level of Associate Director having fulfilled the role of Lead Electrical Engineer and Project Leader on a number of projects across the healthcare, education and commercial sectors and is currently leading his team on the Battersea PowerStation Regeneration.

Paul Lee
Director

Paul is one of the Directors at WGC who is well experienced in project delivery at all scales. As a Chartered Engineer and member of CIBSE, Paul has gained excellent experience in project delivery across many and varied sectors as well as obtaining excellent business development skills through client facing roles. Whilst Paul’s experience is varied across many project types, he has gained significant experience in multi residential, industrial and commercial schemes in recent years. Paul also has excellent links with the local industry and has served on the committee of CIBSE North East, Served on the CIBSE Industry liaison panel and also tutored students at Northumbria University on the Building Services degree on a part time basis.

Lee Nichols
Digital Engineering Manager

Lee has a wealth of experience spanning 16 years in the delivery of major construction projects across the UK from schools to specialist cancer research laboratories. Lee has been instrumental in the design of DfMA solutions from initial concept ideas through to manufacture, advising clients on best practice and options. Lee is currently overseeing multiple major projects for WGC and is responsible for the strategic growth of the business’s DfMA offering.
