The team at WGC are suitably qualified building services engineers that are well versed in RIBA stage project delivery, with extensive experience in Student Accommodation, Retail, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, and commercial projects.

WGC can provide assistance for the mechanical and electrical building services disciplines for the preparation of Business Plans and employers requirements briefing documents
WGC use the latest propriety software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Bentley Hevacomp and Cymap for drawing production and calculations. WGC utilise IES virtual environment software to design energy efficient comfortable buildings. Lighting designs are carried out using both dialux and Relux software to produce fully coordinated drawings.
WGC has experience in facility management in the setting up and managing of maintenance contracts for the M & E elements.
WGC are conversant with the different procurement routes such as traditional/conventional where the design process is separate from the construction process and Design & Build and PFI.
The Practice can provide professional services in the preparation of Employer’s Requirements, Performance Specifications and contract monitoring.
All WGC commissions are Director led.
